We will submit claims to your insurance carrier for medical services that are provided to you. Please be sure to bring your insurance card or other payer information with you to each appointment. You will receive a statement listing the services provided, charges submitted, and payment received from your insurance carrier.

Often times there is a patient responsibility associated with payment of medical services. Your statement will indicate the payment received by the insurance carrier and the balance due that is patient responsibility.

If you do not have insurance, your account will be considered self-pay. You're responsible for payment at the time services are rendered. We recognize that sometimes total charges can be significant, therefore, we also offer payment arrangements. If you need to make payment arrangements, please ask to see one of our patient account representatives.

There are many types of insurance plans, and there can be significant differences between plans. It is important that you're knowledgeable about the specifics of your plan and areas of coverage provided by your plan. Our staff will do all they can to assist you with any insurance issues, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand the coverage pertaining to your specific plan.

If you have any questions regarding your claims or account, please contact our Business Office.

Our staff will be happy to assist you.
