Welcome to the Gateway Family Health Clinic web site. We are pleased that you have taken the time to visit and hope that you will browse our site to learn more about our clinic and the healthcare services we provide.

Gateway Family Health Clinic, Ltd. is an independent physician owned medical practice.  This means, the clinic is owned and managed through the physician Board of Directors who all live and work in our communities.  This independent model allows our physicians to be active in the management of the clinic, which ensures quality of care and a dedication to the patient experience, whether we care for you in the clinic, hospital or nursing home.  Gateway Family Health Clinic has been independently owned and managed since its inception in 1972.  This model has made Gateway Family Health Clinic a highly respected and premier primary care clinic for over 35 years.

Our primary care physician specialists include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Emergency Medicine.  In addition, our clinic employs nurse practitioners and physician assistants who work in partnership with our physicians.  Our clinic also works very closely with over 20 other physician specialists who all maintain clinic time at one or more of our clinic sites.  This rotation of specialists helps improve continuity of care for our patients.  For a list of those specialties, please visit our “Visiting Specialists” page.

We are dedicated to continuously improving and adding new services to care for our patients.  Gateway Family Health Clinic has been at the forefront of utilizing an electronic medical record, which provides our physicians immediate access to patient medical records and increases the quality of care and documentation.  We also provide comprehensive lab, imaging and other diagnostic services at our clinics.  In addition, Family Pharmacy is located at both the Moose Lake and Sandstone clinic sites for patient convenience.
